Super Easy and delicious tuna tacos! These take less than 30 minutes to make!
I wasn't really planning on having tacos but as the day went on and I started smelling the chicken cooking in those sauces, it smelled like taco night. I'm a huge fan of tacos (I mean, who isn't) and an extra huge fan of fish tacos. This summer we have been trying super hard to include more fresh and natural (but still easy) foods into our days and these veggie filled tacos are just amazing.Read More
Until recently, I thought I wasn't too fond of eggplant. I saw a recipe video for ratatouille on facebook and thought it looked easy and fun so I wanted to try it. This is my favorite soup.
I've been craving it all summer but its truly just been too hot to make soup. BUT NOW IT'S FALL!! So I've already made this soup once last week and I'm making it again this week. It is fantastic. My body needs it. Even my toddler loves it. When we're eating it he runs up saying "beans! beans! beans!", which is funny because he doesn't even eat regular beans. Here's the recipe! I hope you love it as much as we do!Read More
