I've seriously been in a cooking rut this past month or so. Maybe it's because my stove top is about to bite the dust and I've been mostly using my electric griddle. Or maybe it's because its 110 degrees outside and about 90 degrees inside my kitchen when I'm cooking.
So I went out and bought us a very inexpensive charcoal grill. I made these burgers on it and I think everyone should make their burgers like this always. I really couldn't get enough and we're having them again in a few days. Plus, they're super easy with only 2 ingredients for the patties.
