Muffin Pan Recipes

I've gotten into a slight obsession with my brand new muffin pan. Its glass. Its decorative. Its small. Its Pioneer Woman. I also have a slight obsession with Pioneer Woman. If you haven't seen her products, please get to Walmart and check them out.

Well, I didn't want to just make a ton of muffins. Ok, yes I did but I wanted to try to make a few things besides muffins so that my family wouldn't get super sick of muffins even though I don't think I could ever get sick of muffins. I'm not including a recipe for the cupcakes because I definitely used a box mix AND store bought frosting (shocking xD). Also, the baked eggs are just cracked into the muffin pan cups and baked at 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes and served with couscous prepared according to package directions.
