I normally post strictly recipes on my blog, but I’ve had many people ask for my kitchen gift essentials, so I’ve created a list of awesome items that will be on sale for Cyber Monday! These aren’t just items I’ve looked up that I think you will like, these are items that I use very regularly in my own home and kitchen — along with a few tips, tricks, and recipes!

Cookware Set

I recently replaced my old set of cookware with this set from Cuisinart and I LOVE every part of this set. They have a beautiful classic look to them and I cook A LOT and they are holding up super well. They are easy to cook with and easy to clean.

Instant Pot

I’m being serious when I say I use my instant pot just about every day. Many days, I use it more than once. When Instant Pots became all the rage a few years ago, I was super resistant about purchasing one. I like to keep things simple, and part of that includes NOT having too many gadgets and appliances in my kitchen. Last year, I got an Instant Pot for Christmas and loved it from the beginning. I’ve cooked all kinds of things in it - soups, stews, rice, different meat dishes, sweet potatoes, boiled eggs, and so much more. You can even make desserts in them! I’ll share a couple of my favorite Instant Pot recipes below. And be on the lookout for my own Instant Pot recipe book in 2020.

Truman’s Cleaning

My new favorite cleaning products. They are a super fun, non-toxic, and simple. Here’s how it works. Truman’s sends you the starter kit. You add water to the bottles, you add the cartridges, and screw the spray nozzles on. The cartridges are floor cleaner, shower cleaner, kitchen cleaner, and window cleaner. As you screw the nozzle on, the cleaning solution is dispersed into the water. It’s actually really cool and I enjoy watching it more than I should, but hey - I’m okay with being excited over cleaning products. Forty-five days after you get your starter kit, they send you your first refill packs. There are 4 packs of refills, and each pack contains 4 cartridges. Every 6-months thereafter, they send you another refill pack. You can cancel anytime, but the products are great, and you will likely be cleaning anyway so why would you cancel?

Click any of the photos below to link to 50% off the starter kit, which is normally $15. So, for $7.50 you get 4 spray bottles and 4 cleaning cartridges. I’ll say it again. I really like these products. I have tried A LOT of different cleaning products because I want something that works, is non-toxic, and SMELLS GOOD. Truman’s checks all of these boxes.

Vegetable Chopper and Mandolin Slicer

Another one of my all time kitchen favorites that makes things in the kitchen MUCH more simple. I rarely ever chop anything by hand anymore, and just use this instead. I like this particular chopper because it comes with a mandolin slicer attachment too (among other attachments). I used a mandolin slicer and a chopper regularly, so this one item replaced two items. One of my favorite recipes is pico de gallo and this chopper cuts the recipe time down DRASTICALLY.

I have used a mandolin slicer for many things and use it very regularly. Some of the things I have used it for are sliced potatoes and sweet potatoes for baked potato chips, sliced zucchini and yellow squash to grill, sliced beets, sliced carrots, and sliced onions for marinating onions. A mandolin makes slicing so simple and it gets all of the slices the same size and I really love that! The only thing with a mandolin slicer is you have to be SUPER careful not to cut your fingers because those little blades are SHARP!
